9. Job Description:-
1. Developments and implements aggressive sales plans with presentations for a particular region. Monitors progress toward meeting the plan’s requirements including the individual representative’s contribution.
2. Engaging with Institutional/ Corporate clients and manage corporate distribution/ sales
3. Manage direct selling so as to mobilize revenue growth
4. Leverage on market opportunities and develop new client relationships and accounts
5. Enlarge the scope of existing client relationships and penetrate deeper into the clients financial management
6. Independently engage with the top management/ decision makers of prospective and existing clients
7. Analyses and regulate the sales generating expenditures such as Trade Promotions, Consumer Interaction Program, participation in local events etc.;.
8. Relationship management and brand building exercises that enhance visibility and goodwill
9. Preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly, MIS report with competition analysis.
