7. Industry – Rubber Manufacturing
8. Role & Responsibilities –
Ensure all production processes, from the rubber line to final product inspection, are compliant with quality standards.
Review, update, and create internal procedures and work instructions to ensure conformance to the QMS.
Coordinate with production and technical teams to troubleshoot quality issues and develop solutions.
Conduct internal & external audits to assess compliance with ISO standards and other regulatory requirements.
Monitor non-conformities and corrective actions, ensuring that all processes adhere to ISO 9001 standards and other industry-specific regulations.
Prepare and present quality reports for senior management, highlighting quality performance, improvements, and non-conformities.
Maintain and update all quality-related records in accordance with regulatory and company requirements.
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance quality and operational efficiency.
ISO 9001 knowledge and experience in maintaining and auditing quality systems.

Desirable Skills:
Knowledge of ISO standards.
SPC, MSA, CAPA, 8D, NCP, QPCR, Why Analysis
